Ultracomp's Service Management Assessment Service, based on Ultracomp's
proven assessment methodology, assesses the strengths and weaknesses of an IT
organisation to perform any or all of the above disciplines, and how it shapes
up to meet the needs of the business. The assessment service provides
recommendations that can be used as the basis of a Service Improvement Programme
(SIP). A set of metrics are also produced which can be used as a benchmark to
measure the improvements gained from the subsequent implementation of a SIP.
