Our Customer Service Division provides first class consultancy and support to our clients and due to continuing expansion we now seek to recruit a Product Support Analyst to join the team. In this high profile, office based role, you will have responsibility for providing first line support to customers who use products from our software portfolio. This will encompass: logging, initial investigation and diagnosis of calls received at our Support Centre; transferring of incidents to second line support groups and generation of customer responses. The successful candidate will have several years experience of working in a customer facing environment and will have skills in some or all of the following areas: PCs & desktop software

Support will be carried out through a combination of onsite and office based consultancy. The successful candidate will have a sound background in: Network products, protocols and hardware
