Ultracomp announces the latest in service management software, Red Box 1.35, at the ITIMF conference

November 6, 1996 - Ultracomp, the UK’s leading provider of service management software, is demonstrating the latest generation of Red Box at the ITIMF annual conference and exhibition on stand number E4.

Red Box 1.35 extends the functionality of the leading service management software system from Ultracomp. Red Box 1.35:

Red Box Operations Control

Red Box integrates key management functions within an enterprise-wide distributed system which gives IT service providers control of key management processes.
