Ultracomp trains ‘1997 ISEB student of the year’

In a ceremony at the ITSMF (IT Service Management Forum) conference, the ISEB announced that Geoff Thirlwall, director of service delivery at BASS Brewers, is the '1997 ISEB student of the year'. Ultracomp, the UK's leading provider of service management products and services, trained

David Wheeldon, chief consultant, Ultracomp, comments: "This is an extremely prestigious award, particularly when you consider that thousands of people have been trained in service management worldwide.

It is the fifth year the award has been presented and the third time Ultracomp has trained the successful student. We are delighted at the continued success of our training courses and that the qualifications have become a recognised industry standard."

The five day residential course complies with the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) guidelines produced by the CCTA (Central Computer Telecommunications Agency).
