Ultracomp offers a wide variety of training services, delivered by
experienced, practitioner consultants, who can bring the added benefit of their
working knowledge of the appropriate subject to the information they provide.

workshops in-house or residential, as appropriate. Training courses can be
tailored to meet the requirements of individual organisations and can also, if
required, be delivered to minimise the disruption of day-to-day operations.

Ultracomp is the leading training organisation, with a better than 95% pass
rate, in the provision of Service Management training leading to the exam for
the professional ISEB qualification, "the Certificate of IT Infrastructure
Management". It has provided training to all the major consultancy
companies, including Andersen Consulting, Ernst and Young, as well as major
Computer Manufacturers such as ICL, and is the preferred supplier to IBM.
Ultracomp has also developed and piloted the ISEB Service Management Essentials
training course and works closely with the ISEB and EXIN examination bodies in
the development of professional standards and qualifications.

Training can also be delivered as part of an overall implementation project,
where customer staff are trained on-the-job, whilst at the same time
implementing new systems and processes under the guidance of experienced
Ultracomp consultants.
Ultracomp can assist IT Management with an overall training plan for its
staff, taking a longer term view of staff development and career progression.
This will include skills assessment and training needs analysis, to ensure that
staff training plans are put in place in an appropriate time scale and assist
with the formulation of IT training budgets.
Training services can also be included within the same commercial framework
contracts for support and consultancy services and a training credits scheme is
also provided to increase the flexibility of training services acquisition.
Ultracomp's scheduled training is scheduled up to six months in advance and
the details are published in our training brochure and on Ultracomp's Internet
Home Page, both of which are updated as required.
