The services are delivered as a combination of on-site consultancy, remote tele-support and monitoring, and telephone support provided by Ultracomp's Customer Service Desk. The Customer Service Desk is staffed by experienced technical consultants who can respond quickly and effectively to support calls.

Ultracomp's support services are available within a flexible commercial framework, Ultracare, whereby an organisation's total support requirements can be addressed via a single, annually renewable contract. This flexibility enables IT Management to acquire support services without having to predetermine exactly what skills or tasks are required over the period of a year. If required, complete tasks or functions can be delegated to Ultracomp, which will perform them as part of the customer's technical support team. This means that organisations can confidently adapt to rapidly changing situations in the knowledge that Ultracomp will be there to support them.
